What is Discord markdown?

Discord supports a subset of Markdown for styling messages. You can make text bold, italic, underlined, strikethrough, or spoiler-tagged. You can also use inline code, multi-line code blocks with syntax highlighting, block quotes, headings, and lists. The Formatting Lab renders your input exactly like Discord does, so you can preview messages before sending them.

How to use the Formatting Lab
